Registration and Application Process

Candidates must register online through the BC PNP Online User Portal and pay a $300 CAD registration fee. Registrations are scored based on human capital factors such as work experience, education, and language proficiency, as well as economic factors, including the commercial viability of the business proposal and its economic benefits for the province.

If invited to apply, candidates have up to four months from the date of invitation to submit a complete application, with a $3,500 CAD application fee. A British Columbia PNP authorized accounting firm will review and verify personal net worth before application submission.

Meeting minimum requirements does not guarantee an invitation to apply, as only the highest-scoring registrants from the qualified pool receive invitations, according to the CRS score calculator.
