British Columbia has opened up another chance for competent professionals looking for a pathway to permanent residency in Canada. The latest BC PNP draw selection emphasized occupations that are highly crucial to the province's workforce.
However, this time, the province emphasised on care and construction, with invitations issued to qualified professionals in healthcare, childcare, veterinary care and construction trades. Additionally, the province is putting emphasis on in demand professions. BC PNP continues to match its recruitment with the province labour market requirements.

The latest BC PNP draw further highlights the province’s encouraging approach to recruit high-potential, skilled immigrants who can support long-term growth.

The BC PNP uses the 2021 version of the National Occupational Classification (NOC) system, which divides jobs into TEER (Training, Education, Experience, and Responsibilities) categories. This classification affects eligibility for the various BC PNP streams.

BC PNP usually conducts 7-8 draws on a monthly basis, targeting certain specific sectors and regional needs. Presently 80% of the British Columbia PNP applications are processed within the duration of 8 to 10 months.
