Manitoba held its second draw of the month, issuing invitations to skilled workers through the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program(MPNP). In its latest Expression of Interest Draw #252, which issued 77 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) under the Skilled Worker Stream. The lowest-ranked candidate scored 612 points on the Manitoba PNP Calculator, making this round very competitive and selective.
The Manitoba PNP latest draw was held on August 21, 2025. A total of 77 invitations were issued to Skilled Worker Stream candidates with a CRS cutoff of 612.
Unlike general draws, this round primarily targeted candidates invited through strategic recruitment initiatives.

Of the 77 LAAs issued under the Manitoba PNP Latest Draw, distribution was among the different strategic streams:

Further, 18 of the candidates who were invited reported a valid Express Entry profile number and a job seeker validation code, thereby giving themselves another opportunity for Canadian permanent residence through the federal Express Entry system.
The Manitoba PNP Calculator is a point award system that assesses candidates' merit according to age, education, work experience, language skills, adaptability, and connection to Manitoba.
