The Skilled Workers Overseas and Skilled Workers in Manitoba categories are intended to help Manitoba identify applicants who fit the province's labour market requirements. You must have a full-time employment offer from a provincial company of Manitoba to be eligible for an invitation under the Skilled Workers in Manitoba category.

If the candidates can demonstrate that they have in-demand abilities, international graduates who complete their studies in Manitoba may be eligible for an invitation under the International Education Stream.

Directly applying through Express Entry can result in a permanent residence invitation from the Federal government. A provincial nomination, on the other hand, provides candidates with an extra 600 CRS points, effectively ensuring that they will obtain an Invitation to Apply (ITA) in a subsequent Express Entry draw.

The Comprehensive Ranking System is used to rate immigration prospects who submit a profile to the Express Entry system (CRS). Age, work experience, education, and language skills, among other things, are all given points. Through regular Express Entry draws, the highest-scoring individuals are invited to apply for permanent residency.
