Manitoba recently held its latest Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) draw, issuing invitations to 184 skilled candidates seeking Canadian permanent residency. This December draw reflects the province’s ongoing commitment to attracting talented immigrants who can contribute to Manitoba’s economic growth and labour market needs.

With each draw, Manitoba continues to strengthen its position as a preferred destination for skilled professionals seeking long-term settlement in the country.
The latest Manitoba PNP draw was held on December 5, 2025, and issued 184 Letters of Advice to Apply for the PR candidates under the Skilled Worker Stream.
The number of invitation are further divided into four different Invitation to Apply (ITA) under the strategic recruitment initiatives that are listed below:

Of the 184 Letters of Advice to Apply issued in this draw, 61 were issued to candidates who declared a valid Express Entry profile number and job seeker validation code.
Applicants who are interested in the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) draw must first meet the eligibility criteria of one of Manitoba’s immigration streams. These streams are involved: Skilled Worker, Skilled Worker Overseas, or International Education.
