The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) conducts regular draws under its Expression of Interest (EOI) system and invites people to apply for Canada PR. The Manitoba PNP has conducted another draw. It is the second round of invitations conducted by Manitoba in September.

How does a Manitoba PNP draw work?

The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) draws are regular invitations issued by the Manitoba government to skilled workers and international graduates, who want to settle and live in the province. These draws help Manitoba select candidates who meet the province’s labour market needs.

A Manitoba PNP draw works through an Expression of Interest (EOI) system, where the province regularly invites the highest-scoring and most in-demand candidates from an eligible pool to submit a full application for provincial nomination.

To receive an invitation, candidates must first submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) profile, where they are given points based on the following factors:
