Manitoba announced another provincial nominee program draw of 2026. The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) is for skilled professionals who wish to obtain Canada PR.
As of October 8, 2026, Manitoba has conducted 20 Expression of Interest (EOI) selection rounds under the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) this year.
If you have been invited to this latest Manitoba PNP draw, you will have 60 calendar days to submit a complete application for permanent residency to the MPNP. If this timeframe passes, your Letter of Advice to Apply will no longer be valid.

The latest Manitoba PNP draw invited 340 applicants, including 257 under the Skilled Worker in Manitoba (Occupation- Specific Selection) and 83 under the Skilled Worker Stream.

Profiles submitted under the Skilled Worker in Manitoba pathway or the Skilled Worker Overseas pathway that declared being directly invited by the MPNP under a strategic recruitment initiative.
The following numbers of Letters of Advice to Apply were issued to candidates declaring receipt of an Invitation to Apply (ITA) under the strategic recruitment initiatives listed below:
Of the 340 Letters of Advice to Apply issued in this draw, 103 were issued to candidates who declared a valid Express Entry profile number and job seeker validation code.
As per the official source of Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) update, applicants might not get a Letter of Advice to Apply (LAA) for the mentioned below reasons:
Applicants who wish to immigrate to Canada, should review the updates for every EOI question and update their profiles with accurate and up to date information to be considered in a future draw.
Important: Applicants selected based on declaring that they work in a regulated profession and have a required license must demonstrate proof of accomplishing the essential licensing requirements. The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) might refuse their full application if they are not actually working a regulated profession or cannot demonstrate the essential proof.
