The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP or Ontario PNP) has once again held its latest Provincial Nominee Program draw under its Employer Job Offer - Foreign Worker Stream and Employer Job Offer: International Student Stream. This was the fourth invitation round conducted by Ontario in April.
Candidates invited in the most recent Ontario PNP draw will receive an Invitation to Apply (ITA) through their OINP e-filing Portal account. If you received an ITA, you have 14 days to send a thorough application for permanent residency to the OINP.
The Ontario PNP latest draw, held on April 30, 2026, targeted candidates under both the Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker stream and the Employer Job Offer: International Student stream. Candidates must have currently reside in Canada with a valid work or study permit and have a job offer in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
Candidates under the Foreign Worker stream were invited if they scored 57 and above. A job offer in any of the following National Occupational Classification (NOC) codes is required of candidates:

The latest OINP draw reflects a strategic approach to selecting candidates who can immediately contribute to the local economy, particularly in the Greater Toronto Area.
