Latest Ontario PNP Draw Invites 2643 Employer Job Offer Candidates

The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) has conducted a back-to-back draw. This was the first round of invitations conducted by the province in September. The previous Ontario draw was held on August 28, for candidates under the Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker, International Student and In-Demand Skills streams.

If you are selected in this pool, you will have to apply through your Ontario e-Filing Portal Account. If you have been invited to the Ontario PNP latest draw, then you will have 45 days to submit a complete application for filing a Canada Permanent Residency.

Ontario PNP Latest Draw: Results

The latest Ontario PNP draw was held on September 2, 2025. A total of 2,643 NOIs were issued under the Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker stream, International Student stream and In-Demand Skills stream. The CRS score for this PNP Draw ranges from 33 and above.

Candidates in healthcare occupations and early childhood educators and assistants candidates invited.

On September 2, 2025, Ontario PNP latest draw issued 2,643 targeted invitations to apply to candidates in the new Expression of Interest (EOI) pool. These invitations were issued under three key streams: the Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker stream, the Employer Job Offer: International Student stream, and the Employer Job Offer: In-Demand Skills stream.

This Ontario draw focused on candidates with a job offer in specific healthcare occupations and for those working as early childhood educators and assistants. All invited candidates were required to be currently residing in Canada.

Candidates only received an invitation under the Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker stream if they had a score of 41 and above, and under the Employer Job Offer: International Student stream if they had a score of 58 and above, and a job offer in one of the following National Occupational Classification (NOC) codes:

• NOC 31100 – Specialists in clinical and laboratory medicine
• NOC 31101 - Specialists in surgery
• NOC 31102 - General practitioners and family physicians
• NOC 31300 - Nursing co-ordinators and supervisors
• NOC 31301 - Registered nurses and registered psychiatric nurses
• NOC 31302 - Nurse practitioners
• NOC 31303 - Physician assistants, midwives and allied health professionals
• NOC 32101 - Licensed practical nurses
• NOC 33102 - Nurse aides, orderlies and patient service associates
• NOC 42202 – Early childhood educators and assistants

Candidates only received an invitation under the Employer Job Offer: In-Demand Skills stream if they had a score of 33 and above, and a job offer in the following National Occupational Classification (NOC) code:

• NOC 44101 - Home support workers, housekeepers and related occupations

How to Apply?

To apply for Canada PR under this PNP draw, you must these steps: Candidates who received an invitation must submit a complete permanent residence (PR) application within 45 days through the OINP e-Filing Portal. If the deadline is missed, the invitation becomes invalid.

Currently, 80% of applications under the OINP are being processed in 8 to 10 months.
