Manitoba Conducts Largest PNP Draw of 2026 for Canada PR Applicants

Canada continues to invite skilled workers through the Provincial Nominee Program. The latest draw offers new opportunities for skilled immigrants seeking Canadian PR.

Manitoba PNP Latest Draw 2026

The latest Manitoba PNP draw was held on July 16, 2026 while inviting 2,146 invitations across different streams, including the International Education Stream (IES), Skilled Worker in Manitoba, and Skilled Worker Stream.

In this section, we’ll break down the streams through which Manitoba invited applicants in its latest Provincial Nominee Program draw.

International Education Stream IES)- Graduate Internship Pathway GIP): A total of 78 Applicants will be issued a Letter of Advice to Apply under this stream selection, if they meet all eligibility criteria, which include:

• Must have done a master's or doctoral degree in Manitoba during the past 3 years. 
• Must have done a Mitacs Elevate or Accelerate (including Accelerate Entrepreneur) internship with an eligible industry and research enterprise in Manitoba.
• Must demonstrate a minimum CLB/NCLC 7

Skilled Worker in Manitoba stream: 

The number of invitations is further divided into three different Invitation to Apply (ITA) under the Skilled Worker in Manitoba initiatives that are listed below: 

• Skilled Worker in Manitoba

Several letters of Advice to apply have been issued to 24 applicants currently working in Manitoba in the unit groups listed below. 

National Occupational Classifications (NOC) 2021 unit groups were given priority under this draw.

31100 – Specialists in clinical and laboratory medicine

31101 – Specialists in surgery

31102 – General practitioners and family physicians

• Francophone Selection 

The number of letters of Advice to Apply issued is 84. Applicants who declared French as their language of communication with the MPNP and have a valid French-language test result will be considered in this draw.

• Completed post- secondary study in Manitoba

Top-ranked applicants declared that they or their spouse have completed their post-secondary education in Manitoba. 

• Number of Letters of Advice to Apply issued: 1,874
• Ranking score of the lowest-ranked candidate invited: 825

Skilled Worker Stream

Applicants who have submitted their applications under the Skilled Worker in Manitoba pathway or the Skilled Worker Overseas pathway are being directly invited by the MPNP as part of a strategic recruitment initiative.

Candidates who declared a valid Express Entry profile number and job seeker validation code received 825 of the 2,146 Letters of Advice to Apply given in this draw.

Required Education Documents for Manitoba PNP

The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) assesses your requirements and criteria based on the documents submitted with your online application.

• Personal information: Applicants must provide official government-issued documents to verify their identity, location, marital status, and dependent information.
• Education documents: Applicants must submit documents supporting the education declared in their application for both the applicant and the spouse. 
• Work experience: Applicants must submit documentation of their employment history for the last 5 years for both the applicant and the spouse. 
• Immigration status: Applicants must submit documents related to previous immigration applications to Canada.
• Language Proficiency: Applicants must submit valid proficiency tests from an approved testing agency.
• Settlement Funds: Applicants must demonstrate sufficient settlement funds to support themselves.
• Settlement Plan: All applicants must complete a Settlement Plan explaining why they chose Manitoba.
