On December 2, 438 candidates have received a provincial nomination invitation by the province of Manitoba. Those who have been nominated by the Manitoba Provincial Nomination Program (MPNP) are eligible to apply for a PR in Canada. About the Manitoba PNP Streams of Immigration
The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) supports immigration applications to the federal government and, is in charge of Manitoba's immigration programmes. Provinces in Canada do not have the authority to grant permanent residency, although they can assist an application by giving provincial nominations.
Skilled Workers in Manitoba Stream
You must have a full-time employment offer from a provincial company to be eligible for an invitation under the Skilled Workers in Manitoba category.
As per the December 2, Draw- 131:
Skilled Worker Overseas Stream
This immigration pathway allows Manitoba to invite immigrants from overseas who meet their labour market requirements. The candidates from outside of Manitoba must demonstrate relational ties to the province, such as family ties, prior work experience in the province, or an invitation through one of Manitoba's Strategic Recruitment Initiatives. To be eligible, you do not need to live in Manitoba at the time of your application.

International Education Stream
This is a stream designed for international students who can demonstrate that their skill/ educational field are in-demand and accordance to Manitoba's economic needs. International graduates who complete their studies in Manitoba are eligible for an invitation under the International Education Stream.
According to the latest MPNP draw- 131:
So far, Manitoba has invited 10,437 candidates through its various Provincial Nomination Programmes in 2021.
