Basics on Manitoba PNP
If you wish to qualify for a Manitoba Provincial Nomination, you must register an Expression of Interest with the MPNP. As you submit your application through MPNP's Skilled Worker in Manitoba and Skilled Worker Overseas streams you will be able to receive an LAA.
Manitoba then ranks applicants out of 1000 points for their human capital factors as well as their ties to Manitoba.
The Skilled Worker Overseas Category and the Manitoba Skilled Worker Streams are designed to allow the province to identify candidates who meet the needs of its labor market.
Foreign immigrants must show that they have a strong connection to the province through previous work experience in the province, family ties living in the province as a permanent resident or as a Citizen, or invites through one of Manitoba's strategic recruitment initiatives. You are not required to be physically present in the province to be eligible.
You must have a full-time job offer from an eligible employer of the province to receive an invitation through the Manitoba Skilled Worker category.
International graduates who complete their studies in Manitoba may receive an LAA under the International Education stream if they demonstrate they have in-demand skills.
