Manitoba Latest PNP Draw Invites Skilled Candidates for Canada PR

The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program has conducted a new PNP draw. This is the first round of invitations conducted by the province in May. Previously, the Manitoba PNP draw was held on 17 April 2025 inviting 27 candidates in the pool.

Manitoba regularly conducts its draw through the EOI system and invites people to apply for PR applications. If you have been invited to the latest Manitoba PNP draw, you will have 60 days to complete your application for Canada PR and the documents.

Latest Manitoba PNP Draw - Results

On 1 May 2025, the latest Manitoba PNP Draw was held and a total of 26 candidates from the Skilled Worker in Manitoba stream were invited to apply for PR. The Comprehensive Ranking Score required for this draw is 727.

Profiles that declared being directly invited by the MPNP under a strategic recruitment initiative.

  • Number of Letters of Advice to Apply issued: 26
  • Ranking score of lowest-ranked candidate invited: 727

Of the 26 Letters of Advice to Apply issued in this draw, 7 were issued to candidates who declared a valid Express Entry profile number and job seeker validation code.

The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) was established for skilled workers, international graduates, and entrepreneurs looking to immigrate to Manitoba. There are several streams under the MPNP:-

  • Skilled Worker in Manitoba Stream
  • Skilled Worker Overseas Stream
  • International Education Stream

Application Process for MPNP

The application process for the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program generally follows these steps:

  • Create an Expression of Interest (EOI): Submit an EOI to the MPNP to indicate your interest in applying. This helps the province understand who is applying and what their qualifications are.
  • Invitation to Apply (ITA): If you are selected from the pool, you will receive an Invitation to Apply (ITA) for nomination.
  • Submit Application: Once invited, submit a full application for the MPNP along with all required documents, such as job offers, educational credentials, and language proficiency results.
  • Receive Provincial Nomination: If your application is successful, you will receive a provincial nomination, which allows you to apply for permanent residency through Canada’s federal immigration system.
  • Apply for Permanent Residency: With the nomination, you can apply for permanent residency to the federal government.

On average, 80% of applications under the MPNP are processed within 8-10 months.
