The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program regularly holds draws through its Expression of Interest (EOI) system, inviting skilled workers from the EOI pool to submit a complete application to the program.

Manitoba Latest PNP Draw - Results

The Manitoba PNP latest EOI Draw #251, targeted 37 candidates under the Skilled Worker in Manitoba pathway or the Skilled Worker Overseas pathways who were directly invited through the province’s strategic recruitment initiatives. The minimum CRS score required was 724.

Eligibility – Skilled Worker in Manitoba

Applicants under the Skilled Worker in Manitoba pathway must have ongoing employment with a Manitoba employer. Skilled Worker in Manitoba requires holding a valid work permit, completing at least six months of continuous full-time employment with that company as a temporary foreign worker or international student working graduate.

Eligibility – Skilled Worker Overseas

To qualify, applicants must show a a strong connection to Manitoba through previous work experience, education, or family/friends in the province. They must also meet language proficiency, work experience, and education requirements, and have a settlement plan outlining their intent to live and work in Manitoba.

How to Apply

This process applies to pathways under the Skilled Worker Stream and the International Education Stream, excluding the International Student Entrepreneur Pilot. The pathways under the Business Investor Stream follow a separate process steps and do not use the MPNP Online portal.

  • Create an Expression of Interest (EOI) profile.
  • If you receive a Letter of Advice to Apply (LAA), submit a complete application to the MPNP.
  • Your Applications are thoroughly assessed by an MPNP officer.
  • Successful candidates are nominated by the Manitoba PNP.
  • Within 180 days of nomination, submit a separate application to the Government of Canada for permanent residence for you and your family.
