The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) has conducted its latest PNP draw. This pathway is designed for skilled, entrepreneurial candidates who are graduates applying for Canada PR.
On October 9, 2025, the latest Manitoba PNP draw was held to fulfill the labour market needs and the economic growth of the province. For this provincial program, Manitoba didn’t mention any minimum CRS score.
The latest Manitoba PNP draw invited 583 candidates under the Skilled Worker in Manitoba (Occupation-Specific Selection) and 279 under the Skilled Worker Stream. They issued a total of 862 Letters of Advice to Apply.

Of the 862 Letters of Advice to Apply issued in this draw, 203 were issued to candidates who declared a valid Express Entry profile number and job seeker validation code.
