New Ontario Employer Job Offer Draws Invitations for 468 Candidates

The last Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) draw was held on August 28, 2025, to invite candidates under its Employer Job Offer streams. A total number of 468 invitations to apply (ITAs) were issued, giving skilled workers, international graduates, and in-demand workers opportunities to apply for Canada PR. This was the first invitation round conducted by Ontario in August.

If you are one of the candidates in this draw, you will receive an Invitation to Apply (ITA) through your OINP e-Filing Portal account. Subsequent to the date of the invitation, you can expect to have a time frame of 14 calendar days to submit a complete application for permanent resident status to the OINP.

Ontario Latest Draw Highlights

The Ontario PNP latest draw was held on August 28, 2025. A total of 468 candidates from the OINP Employer Job Offer were invited to apply for Canadian permanent residence (PR).

candidates in Northern Ontario invited

On August 28, 2025, Ontario issued 348 targeted invitations to apply to candidates in the Expression of Interest (EOI) system pool who may qualify for the Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker or International Student stream with a job offer in Northern Ontario and who are currently living in Canada.

Candidates only received an invitation under the Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker stream if they had a score of 53 and above, and under the Ontario Employer Job Offer: International Student stream if they had a score of 66 and above, and a job offer from an National Occupational Classification (NOC) code that represents one of the following:

• NOC 10022 – Advertising, marketing and public relations managers
• NOC 11100 – Financial auditors and accountants
• NOC 11200 – Human resources professionals
• NOC 11202 – Professional occupations in advertising, marketing and public relations
• NOC 12101 – Human resources and recruitment officers
• NOC 13100 – Administrative officers
• NOC 20010 – Engineering managers
• NOC 21221 – Business systems specialists
• NOC 21223 – Database analysts and data administrators
• NOC 21230 – Computer systems developers and programmers
• NOC 21233 – Web designers
• NOC 21234 – Web developers and programmers
• NOC 21300 – Civil engineers
• NOC 21301 – Mechanical engineers
• NOC 21310 – Electrical and electronics engineers
• NOC 22100 – Chemical technologists and technicians
• NOC 30010 – Managers in health care
• NOC 31301 – Registered nurses and registered psychiatric nurses
• NOC 42202 – Early childhood educators and assistants

Regional Economic Development through Immigration (REDI) candidates invited

On August 28, 2025, a total of 138 targeted invitations to apply to candidates in the Expression of Interest (EOI) system pool who may qualify for the REDI pilot under the Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker, International Student or In-Demand Skills stream and who are currently living in Canada.

Candidates were invited under Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker stream if they scored 45 or higher, and under Employer Job Offer: International Student stream if they scored least 68 or more and had a job offer in one of the NOC codes below:

• NOC 10022 – Advertising, marketing and public relations managers
• NOC 12200 – Accounting technicians and bookkeepers
• NOC 13100 – Administrative officers
• NOC 13102 – Payroll administrators
• NOC 13110 – Administrative assistants
• NOC 13200 – Customs, ship and other brokers
• NOC 21231 – Software engineers and designers
• NOC 21234 – Web developers and programmers
• NOC 22212 – Drafting technologists and technicians
• NOC 22213 – Land survey technologists and technicians
• NOC 22220 – Computer network and web technicians
• NOC 22221 – User support technicians
• NOC 30010 – Managers in health care

Candidate receive invitation under the Employer Job Offer: In-Demand Skills stream who finished with at least 34 points and had a job offer in one of these NOC codes:

• NOC 44101 - Home support workers, housekeepers and related occupations
• NOC 74203 - Other automotive mechanical installers and servicers
• NOC 75101 - Material handlers
• NOC 75110 - Construction trades helpers and labourers
• NOC 84120 - Specialized livestock workers and farm machinery operators
• NOC 94100 - Machine operators, mineral and metal processing
• NOC 94106 - Machining tool operators
• NOC 94111 - Plastics processing machine operators
• NOC 94140 - Process control and machine operators, food and beverage processing
• NOC 94201 - Electronics assemblers, fabricators, inspectors and testers
• NOC 95100 - Labourers in mineral and metal processing
• NOC 95106 - Labourers in food and beverage processing

Certain streams of Employer Job Offer are available for applying whenever an invitation to apply is received for a date on or about August 28, 2025.

How to Apply:

Read the Employer Job Offer stream page related to your stream status for eligibility.

• Read the document checklist to check against all the mandatory documents in your possession.
• The employer shall submit the application to sanction the employment position within 14 calendar days from the date that we send an invitation to apply. 
• Sign in to OINP e-Filing Portal. Click on the file number starting with JOXX.
• Application submission and payment steps must be completed within 17 calendar days from the date the application invitation is issued.

Next Steps

Getting the ITA does not guarantee that the applicant qualifies under one of the streams of the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program. Completing the process requires the recipient of the ITA to submit a full application for permanent residency.

• Access the OINP Employer Job Offer stream page and meet the eligibility criteria for this stream.
• Visit the document checklist and make sure you have all the mandatory supporting documents.
• Go to the e-Filing Portal of the OINP, register (or log in), and follow the instructions for application submission.
• This must be done within 14 days of receiving the ITA.
