Ontario conducts first French-Speaking Worker draw of 2023!

On March 16, 2023, Ontario conducted back-to-back targeted draws for French-Speaking Skilled Worker stream candidates – issuing a total of 615 Notification of Interest (NOIs).

Ontario PNP issued targeted Notification of Interest (NOI) to candidates who were eligible for Express Entry’s French-Speaking Skilled Worker (FSSW) stream. This was the first FSSW draw conducted by Ontario in 2023.

Who was invited?

DRAW 1

  • Number of NOIs issued: 271
  • CRS score range: 291 - 489
  • Profiles created in IRCCs Express Entry system: March 16, 2022 - March 16, 2023
  • Type of draw: Targeted for Tech, Trades, and Other Priority occupations.

DRAW 2

  • Number of NOIs issued: 344
  • CRS score range: 400 - 489
  • Profiles created in IRCCs Express Entry system: March 16, 2022 - March 16, 2023
  • Type of draw: Targeted for Health, Education, and Finance occupations

Candidates were also required to have employment experience in certain National Occupation Classification (NOC) codes. Not all occupations were invited.
