Ontario released its latest draw under the Employer Job Offer In-Demand Skills stream on April 15, 2026, targeting candidates in agriculture-related occupations and other priority occupations.
The draw considered profiles created between July 2, 2025 and April 13, 2026, with score ranges starting at 35 for agriculture roles and 36 for other priority occupations. This stream is built for workers already employed in semi-skilled roles across sectors that Ontario depends on daily.
Unlike Express Entry-linked streams that require high CRS scores, the In-Demand Skills stream offers a genuine pathway to Canadian PR for candidates with a valid job offer from an Ontario employer. Here is a full breakdown of what this draw covered and whether your profile qualifies for the next one.

The Ontario Employer Job Offer In-Demand Skills Stream allows the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program to nominate foreign workers with relevant experience to help them integrate into Ontario’s labour market.
Applicants must have a full-time, permanent job offer from an Ontario employer and meet all eligibility criteria, including an Employer Form. This stream targets Ontario in-demand occupations under NOC TEER 4 and TEER 5, which usually require on-the-job training or a high school education.
To qualify, candidates must have a valid job offer paid at or above the median wage for that region. They need at least nine months of paid work experience in Ontario within the last three years. A minimum education level of Canadian high school or equivalent with an ECA is required. Language proficiency must be at least CLB 4 in English or French.
If the job requires licensing, a valid certificate must be held. Applicants must show sufficient settlement funds, intent to live in Ontario, and maintain legal status in Canada if applying from within the country.
