Ontario Provincial Nominee Program has delivered another significant selection round, issuing 1,133 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) under the employer job offer streams. This multi-stream round focused on applicants already living and working in Canada with valid employer-supported job offers.

However, these invitations were issued through various Employer Job Offer categories, underscoring the province’s continued commitment to strengthening its workforce and supporting economic growth through targeted provincial immigration pathways.

The latest Ontario PNP draw was held on December 10, 2025. A total of 1,133 were issued under the Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker, International Student, and In-Demand Skills streams. The CRS score for this draw is 30 and above.

Ontario Foreign Worker Stream draw issued 427 invitations, targeting REDI communities and healthcare and early childhood occupations, with minimum scores starting at 45, from profiles created between July and December 2025.

Ontario’s International Student Stream draw issued 692 invitations, targeting REDI regions and healthcare and early childhood roles, with minimum scores starting at 63, from profiles created between July and December 2025.

Employer Job Offer: In-Demand Skills stream

Ontario’s In-Demand Skills Stream draw issued 14 invitations under the REDI pilot, with minimum scores starting at 30, selecting profiles created between July and December 2025 to support regional labour needs.

Ontario Targets Healthcare, Early Childhood & REDI Candidates in this Draw

On December 10, 2025, Ontario PNP Program conducted a targeted Employer Job Offer draw inviting applications across multiple streams. Of these, 1,057 invitations were granted to candidates working in priority healthcare occupations and early childhood educators and assistants (NOC 42202) under the Foreign Worker and International Student streams.

In addition, 76 invitations were issued under the Regional Economic Development through Immigration (REDI) pilot, targeting applicants in designated communities through the Foreign Worker, International Student, and In-Demand Skills streams.

All invited candidates were required to be currently residing in Canada, reinforcing Ontario’s strategy to retain job-ready talent and support regional workforce needs.
