Candidates were invited through SINP's International Skilled Worker subcategory - Occupation In-demand.

Also, they must have work experience in any one of 59 in-demand occupations in the province. Some of these SINP in-demand occupations are Educational counselors, medical laboratory technicians, social workers, etc.
Express Entry candidates who get a provincial nomination are awarded extra 600 CRS points added to their profile. These many points effectively guarantee an Invitation To Apply (ITA) to apply for a PR Visa.
Candidates who don't have an express entry profile can also apply for SINP's provincial nomination through Occupation in-demand subcategory. To apply for this subcategory immigrants are required to create an Expression of Interest (EOI) with the SINP's online portal
