Alberta has conducted back-to-back draws in September. A total of nine Alberta PNP draws were conducted in the month. The province conducts 3-5 draws every month on an average basis, but the information on the Alberta PNP draws is posted one week later.
However, the latest Alberta draw shows the province’s continuous focus on attracting qualified professionals to fulfill labour market needs and support economic growth across sectors.
Through targeted selection rounds, Alberta identifies applicants with the relevant experience, skills and qualifications needed to contribute to the province’s workforce and communities.
The Alberta PNP draw issued a total of 1,110 Invitations to apply (ITAs) under multiple stream in September 2026, targeting applicants through the Alberta Opportunity Stream,Alberta Express Entry Stream – Accelerated Tech Pathway, Alberta Express Entry Stream – Law Enforcement Pathway and other priority sector pathways.

The Alberta Advantage Immigration Program (AAIP) is an immigration pathway to invite skilled professionals and entrepreneurs to apply for Canada PR. All those workers who satisfy the labour market requirements in the province get nominated through this program.
