Manitoba PNP breaks the record by inviting 1,017 express entry candidates for a provincial nomination
With immigrations norms growing rigid day by day, it becomes impossible to think of immigrating this year. However, Manitoba proves them all wrong by inviting a record-breaking number of candidates from its Express Entry aligned immigration stream dated 28 June 2021.
A staggering 1,017 Express Entry candidates received their provincial nomination. All those who were invited by the province had a valid Express Entry ID and job seeker validation code.
To receive a nomination from Manitoba, the candidates in the overseas skilled worker's stream must have previously submitted their interest in the Manitoba provincial nomination program in the form of an EOI. Furthermore, to be eligible for a nomination in the present time candidates need to have the least score of 565 to qualify for a chance to receive the Letter of Advice to Apply (LAA) from Manitoba.

The allocated points are charted based on Manitobaís EOI matrix which has an individual preference and is poles apart from the federal Express Entryís Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS). On the contrary, there is no requirement for CRS points calculator for this draw.
With that being said, candidates who received the invite from Manitoba are automatically credited with 600 additional points to their initial CRS scores. This is not specific/subject to Manitoba only, any provincial or territorial nominations linked with the Canada Express Entry program yield the same reward. This is why provincial nominee programs have been a top-most priority for aspiring Canadian immigration applicants to receive an Invitation to Apply for permanent residence.
What is the Canada Express Entry program?
