Latest Ontario Draw Invites Healthcare Workers From 42 Occupations

The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) frequently searches the federal Express Entry pool to find candidates who may meet the criteria of one of OINP’s Express Entry streams. This draw for Express Entry candidates comes out after more than two months. The previous Ontario HCP draw was held on September 26, 2023. 

The latest Ontario draw conducted on November 30, 2023, issued invitations to 1,052 candidates under Ontario’s Human Capital Priorities (HCP) stream.

If you have been selected from the pool of candidates, you may receive an Invitation to Apply (ITA) to the OINP. To apply:

STEP 1: Review Ontario’s Express Entry HCP stream eligibility and requirements.

STEP 2: Review the document checklist to ensure you have the supporting documents.

STEP 3: Log in to the OINP e-Filing Portal and follow the steps as a new or returning user.

Take note! An ITA does not mean that you qualify for one of the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program streams. Once you have received an ITA, you may apply online if you qualify under the stream identified in your ITA. You must submit your application within 14 calendar days of receiving the ITA.
