Under British Columbia's PNP, there are two Skilled Worker (SW) streams: one that is aligned with Express Entry Program (Express Entry BC category), requiring a valid Express Entry profile in order to be eligible, and one that is not (Skills Immigration category), disabling the candidate from taking advantage of Express Entry's quicker processing times. Both streams' eligibility conditions are essentially the same.
