New Brunswick has conducted its second consecutive Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) draw, continuing its efforts to attract skilled workers who can help address labour shortages across the province.
The New Brunswick PNP latest draw issued invitations to eligible candidates through targeted immigration streams, focusing on occupations that are in high demand in New Brunswick's labour market.
Canada continues to rely on provincial immigration programs to meet economic and workforce needs. These back-to-back draws demonstrate New Brunswick's commitment to welcoming skilled talent and supporting long-term economic growth.
The latest New Brunswick PNP draw, held on June 3-4, 2026, invited 699 skilled candidates through various immigration streams to apply for Canada PR.

New Brunswick manages its provincial immigration intake through two separate candidate pools under the New Brunswick Provincial Nominee Program (NBPNP) and the Atlantic Immigration Program (AIP).
For the NBPNP, interested candidates must first submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) through the Immigration New Brunswick portal. Once submitted, the EOI remains in the candidate pool for up to 365 days and may be selected based on the province's labour market requirements, nomination allocation, and other immigration priorities.
Under the AIP, both the candidate and a designated employer must submit a complete application, which is then placed into the AIP candidate pool. Applications are reviewed and selected based on New Brunswick's workforce needs and the available endorsement allocation.
It is important to note that meeting the eligibility requirements for either program does not guarantee an invitation, application processing, or provincial nomination.
The New Brunswick Provincial Nominee Program (NBPNP) uses a selective approach to ensure that immigration targets align with economic and labour market demands.
As a result, candidates with skills and experience in high-demand occupations may have a stronger chance of receiving an invitation or having their application selected for further processing.
