New Brunswick Invites 750 Provincial Immigration Applicants Across Multiple Streams

The latest New Brunswick Provincial Nominee Program draw has created new opportunities for skilled professionals looking to Canada permanent residency.

The province conducted several invitation rounds across various immigration streams, targeting candidates who can contribute to the local labour market and economic growth.

New Brunswick conducted draws between July 16 to July 22 inviting 750 candidates. The province targeted applicants in healthcare, francophone,sales and services, transportation, manufacturing, education, and professional occupations.

Latest New Brunswick Immigration Draw Results

In the latest New Brunswick PNP draw, 750 invitations were issued on July 16 to 22, 2026. This draw primarily focuses on these streams, namely the Skilled Worker stream, the Express Entry stream, the Strategic Initiative Stream and the Atlantic Immigration Program.

New Brunswick Skilled Worker stream 

From July 16- 18, 2026 the NB province conducted two draws under its Skilled Worker Stream, inviting 267 candidates through three pathways:

The cut-off date and time for New Brunswick Experience and New Brunswick Priorities is July 15, 2026 [11:59:00 pm (AST)] and for New Brunswick Graduates is July 17, 2026 [11:59:00 pm (AST)].

New Brunswick Express Entry stream

On July,15 2026  the province conducted a draw under its Express Entry Stream, inviting candidates through below mentioned pathway:

New Brunswick Strategic Initiative stream

The province issued 254 invitations to apply (ITAs) through its Strategic Initiative Stream on July 16,2026. Invitations were sent out through two pathways:

Atlantic Immigration Program

On July 22,2026, New Brunswick held a draw inviting 114 applicants with an Expression of Interest profile under the Atlantic Immigration Program.

New Brunswick Provincial Nominee Program

The New Brunswick Provincial Nominee Program (NBPNP) is an immigration program designed to invite skilled professionals, entrepreneurs, and international graduates to the province of New Brunswick, Canada.

It is administered by the Government of New Brunswick in partnership with the federal government, the PNP aims to address the labor market needs of the province and promote economic development. 

Streams and Categories

Strategic Initiative Stream: It is an immigration pathway under the New Brunswick Provincial Nominee Program (NBPNP) for French-speaking skilled workers who wish to work and live in New Brunswick.

To qualify, applicants must show relevant skills and work experience, French language proficiency, and a genuine intention to settle permanently in the province.

Atlantic Immigration Program (AIP): It is an employer-driven immigration pathway that helps skilled professionals and abroad graduates obtain permanent residence in Canada's Atlantic provinces—New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, and Newfoundland and Labrador.

To qualify, candidates  generally need an offer letter from a designated employer, meet the required education, language proficiency criteria, work experience and demonstrate the intention to live and work in one of the Atlantic provinces.
