The New Brunswick Provincial Nominee Program continues its active role in addressing labour shortages across critical sectors with New Brunswick latest draw held on May 5, 2025. NBPNP frequently searches IRCC’s Express Entry pool for candidates who meet the criteria of its streams.
New Brunswick PNP issued 432 invitations on May 5, 2025, targeting applicants under NB Experience and NB Graduates pathways in health care, Education and social & community services and construction trades.
Note: The May 5 draw did not include Material Handlers (NOC 75101).
Previously, New Brunswick had conducted its New Brunswick Express Entry draw in April 9, 2025. It saw 45 invitations being issued under streams namely New Brunswick Express Entry Stream. The occupational categories targeted in this draw are Healthcare, Education, Social Community Services and Construction Trades.
The New Brunswick Provincial Nominee Program has three main pathways. Let’s look at the eligibility criteria for each category:

If you receive an ITA, you have 45 days to submit a complete application to the New Brunswick Provincial Nominee Program. If your application is approved, you will be nominated by the province to apply for Canadian Permanent Residency. You will have 30 days to accept the nomination in your Federal Express Entry account.
