In an Arrima draw, Quebec's MIFI (Minister of Immigration, Francization, and Integration) welcomed 326 applicants for PR. This draw was announced on December 9, 2021, and Arrima profiles were accepted until December 6, 2021, at 6:30 a.m. This year, Quebec has welcomed 3,580 profiles. Overall, Quebec sent the most invites, 1,602 in three separate lotteries throughout the month of August.
This draw requires a provincial scoring matrix score of 633 or above. It was 71 points higher than the last draw, which took place on September 30. Aside from the qualifications mentioned above, this draw only extended invites to candidates who had a job offer in one of the following NOC codes located outside the Montréal Metropolitan Community.
Arrima aims to improve the alignment between immigration and Québec's labour market demands. It is absolutely free to use.
The most recent invites also targeted individuals who have a credible job offer outside of the Montreal Metropolitan Area and work in high-demand occupations in Quebec. The following are the 29 targeted vocations, according to the government:

Employers in Québec can use the Portail employeurs
