All about Saskatchewan Occupations In-Demand stream
Saskatchewan's Occupations In-Demand stream is the provinces individual nomination stream i.e., it caters to candidates who do not have an Express Entry profile. Though the need to create an Expression of Interest (EOI) remains the same in both the stream.
Through this pathway, Saskatchewan focuses on attracting those highly-skilled foreign immigrants who have work experience in one of Saskatchewan's in-demand occupations. And to apply through this stream the candidate must have created an EOI profile through the SINP's online application system.

The province further investigates the EOI system to search for potential candidates who can thrive in the economy of Saskatchewan. Based on their core human factors such as work experience in one of their occupations, education, ability in language, age, and relations, etc. a candidate is preferred for further process.
The applying candidates receive a decent score out of 100 which is dependent on SINP's International Skilled Worker Points Assessment Grid. The high-scoring individual then goes on to receive the provincial nomination to apply for Canadian permanent residence.
SINP aligned Express Entry stream
This category enhances the Saskatchewan PNP program due to its unity with the federal Express Entry system. As we all know a Canadian province does not hold the authority to issue PRs only the federal government does. Hence, this stream becomes vital because of its alignment with the federal Express Entry program.
As mentioned earlier, you need to have an EOI profile for Saskatchewan, so as to be considered for nomination. Furthermore, the candidates who receive the nomination are rewarded with 600 additional points towards their CRS. This stream is effective and guarantees the candidate with a sure shot for Canadian permanent residence.
