Canada Express Entry draw Issues New ITAs for Healthcare Workers

The Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has conducted its seventh Express Entry draw for healthcare professionals. This was also the 55th invitation round of the year 2025.

With ongoing labour shortages across the country’s medical and social service sectors, IRCC continues to prioritize candidates who bring essential skills and experience. This latest Express Entry draw not only strengthens Canada’s healthcare workforce but also opens a clearer, faster pathway for doctors, nurses, therapists, and other medical specialists hoping to build their future in Canada.

However, candidates invited in the latest Express Entry draw will now have 60 days to submit a complete application for permanent residence (PR) to IRCC. The Invitation to Apply (ITA) will no longer be valid if this timeframe passes.
