IRCC issues invitations to fourth Express Entry draw of December 2025

Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada -IRCC has conducted another Express Entry draw in December. This is the fourth Express Entry draw of the month and 56th of the year. The draw was held to invite candidates from the Provincial Nominee Program category.

The Express Entry latest draw was held on December 15, 2025 and a total of 399 candidates were invited to apply under the PNP candidates only with a Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 731 or above.

In 2025, eight separate French language proficiency draws were conducted under this category, issuing a total of 42,000 invitations. CRS cut-offs ranged from 379 to 481, showing the government's encouragement toward bilingual immigration pathways, especially for French-speaking newcomers outside Quebec.

The Canadian Experience Class saw fourteen draws totaling 30,850 invitations, with CRS scores ranging from 518 to 547.
