he Government of Quebec has issued 238 invitations to candidates in its first draw under the Skilled Worker Selection Program (PSTQ) through the Arrima expression of interest system. The Quebec latest draw, held on July 17, 2025, focused on two streams: 216 under Stream 1 for highly qualified and specialized skills and 22 under Stream 4 for exceptional talent.
This Quebec Arrima reflects its strategy to attract skilled workers who demonstrate strong French proficiency, advanced education, and relevant work experience in support key labor sectors of the province’s labour market.
The Quebec latest draw invited a total of 238 candidates through the Skilled Worker Selection Program (PSTQ) in two streams: 216 under Stream 1 for highly qualified and specialized skills, and 22 under Stream 4 for exceptional talent.
The majority of invitations were issued under Stream 1 with minimum Arrima score of 768.
