The latest Manitoba PNP draw invites 243 immigrants

Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) issues 243 invitations through a provincial draw held on April 8.

Immigrants who are invited to the latest Manitoba PNP draw can now submit their application for provincial nomination to MPNP. All the invited candidates were from three immigration streams: Skilled Workers in Manitoba, International Education Stream, and Skilled Worker Overseas. Candidates have to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) to the skilled worker’s category.

Following is the breakdown of the minimum EOI score required and the number of Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) issued in the draw:

  • Skilled Workers in Manitoba - 208 invitations with at least 456 points;
  • Skilled Workers Overseas - 14 invitations with at least 708 points;
  • International Education Stream - 21 invitations with no EOI score required;

Also, 15 LAAs were issued to Express Entry candidates.

Express Entry candidates who get a provincial nomination are assigned 600 Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) points, effectively guaranteeing an Invitation to Apply (ITA) to apply for Canada PR Visa to the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
