Canada Invited 576 Candidates in Latest Express Entry Draw

On September 14, 2026 Canada conducted the latest Express Entry draw. Under the latest selection round IRCC is inviting applicants to apply for provincial nomination.

However, in order to get an ITA, applicants must meet the criteria of minimum CRS score of 734. With the latest Express Entry selection round, IRCC has issued 8,537 PNP ITA's through 18 draws this year. It represents an increase of 22.8% from the 6,947 invitations recorded during the same period in 2025.

Additionally, as per the Express Entry pool, a total of 574 candidates had a CRS score of above 600, highlighting that the draw likely included skilled provincial nominees.

Why is Canada Prioritizing the PNP?

IRCC is prioritizing the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) as it allows territories and provinces to recruit and select immigrants who satisfy the specific labor market requirements.
