Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), has held another Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) specific draw through the Express Entry selection process, inviting eligible applicants.
However, the latest selection round was marked as the 63rd Express Entry draw of 2026, and issued the highest number of invitations in a PNP category based draw since June 22, 2026.
The latest CRS cut off was 11 points lower than that of the previous PNP draw conducted on October 13, 2026. So far in 2026 IRCC has issued a total of 10,814 invitations through 21 PNP specific draws.
Canada released the latest Express Entry draw on October 26,2026, inviting applicants with a minimum CRS score of 761.
If more than one candidate has the lowest score, the cut-off is based on the date and time they submitted their Express Entry profiles.
The below mentioned table highlights the total Express Entry draws conducted so far in 2026. However, IRCC has issued 144,259 ITAs through the following Express Entry draw types:

Canada’s future Express Entry reforms could increase the CRS scores of qualified workers working in eligible high wage occupations.
IRCC will introduce a new Labour Market Integration Factor, effective from November 3, 2026. Under this IRCC will award additional points for qualifying job offers or eligible Canadian professional experience in designated professions.
However, the most in demand occupations in Canada might include roles across healthcare, skilled trades, technology, engineering, with eligible high wage occupations such as:
Depending on eligibility, applicants might get up to 100 CRS points for a qualifying job offer or up to 150 points for Canadian work experience. Keep this in mind that these two options cannot be merged.
Additionally, the particular reforms will also remove the requirement of LMIA for qualifying job offers under specified Express Entry rules.
However, additional points do not guarantee an ITA for PR. Candidates should review IRCC’s official high wage occupation list and keep themselves abreast of the latest immigration news.
