Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) held the latest Express Entry draw on October 14, 2025. This is the third Express Entry Draw of the month. This latest Express Entry draw is the 42nd draw of the year, inviting candidates through the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP).
IRCC issued 345 ITAs on October 14, 2025, through the Express Entry latest draw, requiring a minimum CRS score of 778 for Canada PR applicants.
If more than one candidate has the lowest score, the cut-off is based on the date and time they submitted their Express Entry profiles.
The table below summarizes the Express Entry draw of October, which IRCC issued and invited the skilled workers who fulfill the needs of the national and provincial labour market.
Date | Round Type | Invitations Issued | CRS Score |
October 14, 2025 | Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) | 345 | 778 |
October 6, 2025 | French Language Proficiency | 4500 | 432 |
October 1, 2025 | Canadian Experience Class | 1000 | 534 |
The latest PNP-specific Express Entry draw has decreased the 77 points from the previous draw, which was released on September 29, 2025. If candidates are eligible for this PNP-specific draw, they will receive an additional 600 points directly in their CRS score.
However, these additional points will increase the chance of getting invited through this PNP-based Express Entry draw.
To apply for a PNP-based Express Entry draw, applicants must meet the requirements of both Express Entry and a Provincial Nominee Program (PNP).
Get the details about what that means:
Express Entry Eligibility: Candidate must qualify under at least one of the three federal economic immigration programs:
To be eligible, you must create an Express Entry profile and meet the basic criteria, including language proficiency (IELTS/CELPIP), education, and skilled work experience.
Provincial Nomination Program (PNP)
However, the candidate’s Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score must meet or exceed the cutoff in the specific draw. Your Express Entry profile must be active and valid at the time of the draw. You must demonstrate a genuine intention to apply for Canada PR and want to live and work in the province that nominated you.
