Canada Issues 511 Invitations to Candidates in Latest PNP Express Entry Draw

Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) conducted another Provincial Nominee Program draw that focused on Express Entry. This is the 39th draw of the year.

Through the Latest Express Entry draw, Canada has invited 511 skilled applicants to apply for Canada Permanent Residency. In 2026, a total of 97,612 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) were issued.

IRCC continues to prioritize the importance of inviting skilled applicants who can contribute to economic growth, address labour market needs, and support the development of provinces across Canada.

The Latest Express Entry Draw was conducted on July 20, 2026, and a total of 511 candidates were invited to apply for Canada PR under the PNP category with a CRS score of 744  or higher were eligible to receive an invitation in this round.
