Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) conducted the second consecutive Provincial Nominee Program that focused on Express Entry. This draw continues its active push to invite skilled immigrants for permanent residency.
However, this is the twenty-eighth and the second draw of May 2026. This latest Express Entry draw invites candidates with a provincial nomination. It once again highlights the importance of an enhanced PP stream in Canada’s immigration system.

Canada released the latest Express Entry draw on May 25, 2026, inviting 334 skilled candidates with a minimum CRS score of 805.
If more than one candidate has the lowest score, the cut-off is based on the date and time they submitted their Express Entry profiles.
