Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has released another Express Entry draw on October 27, 2025. This draw again prioritized Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) candidates, who help bolster economic growth.
However, if you wish to apply for Express Entry draw, you must have a minimum CRS score. You can calculate your CRS score based on factors such as age, education, work experience, language proficiency, and whether the candidate has a job offer or provincial nomination.
Candidates with higher CRS scores have a better chance of receiving an Invitation to Apply (ITA) for permanent residency. The higher the CRS score, the more competitive a candidate is in the Express Entry pool, with frequent draws selecting those with the highest scores.

On October 27, 2025, IRCC released its Express Entry draw under the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP). They issued 302 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) with a minimum CRS score of 761, inviting candidates who want to apply for PR.
If more than one candidate has the lowest score, the cut-off is based on the date and time they submitted their Express Entry profiles.
The table below summarizes the October Express Entry draw, which the Canadian government issued and invited skilled workers who fulfill the needs of the national and provincial labour markets.
