IRCC Invites 752 Candidates in Latest PNP Based Express Entry Draw

Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has announced another draw on October 13, 2026. Once again, Canada is putting emphasis on selecting provincial nominees for permanent residence.

However, today’s draw is the 448th Express Entry round overall and the 60th of 2026. In the latest Express Entry draw, Canada increased the CRS cut-off, and the 772 cut-off is the highest for a PNP round since May 2026.

So far in 2026, IRCC has issued an overall of 10,022 invitations to apply (ITAs) to candidates through 20 Express Entry draws under the PNP category.

Canada held the latest Express Entry draw under the PNP category on October 13, 2026, inviting skilled applicants with a minimum CRS score of 772.

If more than one candidate has the lowest score, the cut-off is based on the date and time they submitted their Express Entry profiles.

What Happens After Receiving an Invitation to Apply?

Applicants who got an Invitation to Apply (ITA) in the October 13 Express Entry draw under the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) can proceed with their Canadian permanent residence application.

• 60 day deadline: Submit the complete online application within 60 calendar days of getting an ITA. 
• Verify documents: Make sure that all personal information, professional experience, education and language test results are correct and up to date and, most importantly, supported by valid documents. 
• Check eligibility: Make sure that you still fulfill the program eligibility and that your CRS score remains valid for the invitation.
• Pay and submit: Upload all relevant documents, pay the required fees and submit the application through your IRCC account.
