Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has conducted its latest Express Entry draw, issuing 3,000 Invitations to Apply to candidates under the Canadian Experience Class (CEC). This marks the fourth Express Entry draw in June, and the 21st overall in 2025.
The Express Entry latest draw held on June 12, 2025, invited 3,000 candidates with a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 529. Only CEC candidates were considered in this round.
If more than one candidate has the lowest score, the cut-off is based on the date and time they submitted their Express Entry profiles.
So far in 2025, IRCC has issued a total of 38,342 ITAs across 21 Express Entry rounds.

The data reflects the Canadian government strategic focus on addressing labor shortages and supporting in-demand sectors through Canada immigration.
The Canadian Experience Class is one of the most popular immigration streams under Express Entry. It is designed for skilled professionals with at least one year of Canadian work experience within the last three years under a valid work permit.
CEC applicants are exempt from needing a job offer or LMIA and do not need to provide settlement funds, making the pathway faster and more accessible for eligible candidates.
Applicants must demonstrate language English and French proficiency (CLB 5 or 7 based on jobs type) and meet other factors such as age, education, and work experience, all evaluated under the CRS calculator.
