What Should You Do After Receiving an ITA?

Applicants who have received an ITA have to submit a complete permanent residence application using their Express Entry account. Applicants have 60 calendar days for the final submission.

However, it is crucial to arrange all relevant documents in advance, such as:

  • Police verification certificates
  • Medical and health examination
  • Educational assessment
  • Employment reference letters to avoid any further delay.

Missing the 60-day limit might result in the expiry of the invitation. This forces the applicants to re-apply for the Express Entry pool. As a result, applicants should carefully review their application requirements and fulfill the eligibility criteria before submission.
