The province of Newfoundland and Labrador has issued a total of 202 invitations in latest draw under its immigration programs. The invitations were issued under the Newfoundland and Labrador PNP (NLPNP) and the Atlantic Immigration Program (AIP). Thus far, Newfoundland and Labrador has issued 2251 invitations through the NLPNP and AIP in this year.
This marks the eight draw under new Expression of Interest (EOI) system, introduced earlier this year. The initiative highlights Newfoundland and Labrador’s ongoing efforts to address labor shortages, attract skilled talent, and meet its population growth targets.

The NLPNP is designed to help Newfoundland and Labrador employers address labor market challenges by attracting skilled worker, Express Entry skilled worker, international graduates, international Entrepreneur and international graduate entrepreneur.
It allows candidates who can positively contribute to the province economy to immigrate and settle permanently with their families. Successful applicants under the NLPNP may become permanent residents of Canada.
