As part of the Newfoundland and Labrador Provincial Nominee Program (NLPNP), the province of Newfoundland and Labrador has invited 320 individuals to apply under the Atlantic Immigration Program (AIP). This is the fourth draw in the province's new Expression of Interest (EOI) process, which was introduced earlier this year.

The June 24, 2025, draw for Newfoundland and Labrador was designed to demonstrate the province's commitment to reconstruction and to attracting qualified foreign workers to meet its shifting population and labor market goals.
Out of 320 ITAs issued:
Under this round of invitation, priority was given to candidates with full-time job offers in occupations that are in demand, especially to applicants who already lived in the province or were offered a job in underserved and rural communities. These targeted choices aim to encourage regional retention and economic development throughout Newfoundland and Labrador.
