NLPNP (Newfoundland and Labrador Provincial Nominee Program) is a provincial immigration program that allows Newfoundland and Labrador to nominate individuals who wish to immigrate to Canada and who meet specific economic and labor market needs of the province.
Through the NLPNP, skilled workers, international graduates, and entrepreneurs with the qualifications and experience targeted by the province can apply for permanent residency more efficiently. The program operates in coordination with the federal immigration system.
The Office of Immigration and Multiculturalism (OIM) will be reviewing EOIs and issuing ITAs in batches throughout the year. When ITAs are issued by OIM, the table below will be updated.
