The results of its latest immigration draw by the Government of Quebec have now been made public, which calls for 231 skilled workers to apply for permanent selection by the Skilled Worker Selection Program (PSTQ).
This draw reaffirms Quebec's commitment to attracting qualified talent into the province, improving the labor market and strengthening its economy.
The latest Quebec PNP draw invited 231 candidates under the Skilled Worker Selection Program, including 227 candidates in Stream 1 for highly qualified and specialized skills, and 4 candidates in Stream 4 for exceptional talent.

The candidates were invited through Quebec's points-based ranking system, evaluating the education and work experience, age, language ability, and ties categories to that province. Those getting the highest scores were then invited to apply for permanent selection.
The Skilled Worker Selection Program constitutes one of the main migration avenues for overseas workers and international students hoping to settle in Quebec. It is managed through the Arrima expression of interest portal, where foreign candidates create a profile and are ranked against other profiles inside the pool.
