Canada announced its latest category-based Express Entry draw, exclusively for the Healthcare and Social Service Occupation. Canada invites skilled candidates to apply for the Canada PR, provided they meet the country's labour market needs.
This is the 43rd draw of the year. These invitations to apply to the Federal Skilled Worker Program, Canadian Experience Class and Federal Skilled Trades Program may be issued through this round of invitations.

IRCC released the latest Express Entry Draw, issuing 2500 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) with a minimum CRS score of 472 on October 15, 2025. This draw is exclusively for healthcare and social service occupations.
If more than one candidate has the lowest score, the cut-off is based on the date and time they submitted their Express Entry profiles.

In October, Canada released a total of 8,345 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) for the different categories. The highest number of invitations was released for the French language proficiency, with 4500 skilled candidates being issued with a minimum CRS score of 432.
However, October 15th was the second-highest draw of the month for healthcare professionals. Inviting 2500 candidates with a 472 CRS score.

Healthcare professionals aiming to migrate to Canada through Express Entry Program must meet specific eligibility requirements. Applicants should have relevant education and work experience in healthcare or social service occupations, such as nurses, physicians, or medical technicians.
However, they must demonstrate their skills through recognized credentials and, in most cases, obtain licensure or certification from the relevant Canadian regulatory body. Language proficiency in English or French is also mandatory, usually proven through IELTS or CELPIP exams.
Candidates need a valid Express Entry profile and may receive additional points if nominated through a Provincial Nominee Program (PNP), increasing their chances of receiving an Invitation to Apply (ITA).
