Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has conducted a new Express Entry draw.
The Express Entry latest draw held on December 06, 2023, saw ITAs being issued to 4,750 candidates with a minimum CRS score of 561.
Type of draw: General
If more than one candidate has the lowest score, the cut-off is based on the date and time they submitted their Express Entry profiles. Invitations to apply to the Federal Skilled Worker Program, Federal Skilled Trades Program, Canadian Experience Class, and Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs) may be issued through this round of invitations.
The December 06 draw came after a pause of almost two months. The previous Express Entry invitation round was held on October 26, 2023.
On November 14 IRCC tweeted that some applicants were experiencing issues using the Express Entry Profile Builder and were unable to submit their applications. On November 16, the department followed up with a tweet saying the issue had been resolved.
Express Entry draws are typically conducted at regular two-week intervals, on a Wednesday. The timing, frequency, and CRS score of these draws are determined by the IRCC - and can vary depending on various factors including, the Canadian economy, labor market, and immigration targets.
The next Canada Express Entry draw prediction is December 20, 2023.
