Quebec’s Minister of Immigration, Francization and Integration (MIFI) has conducted another latest draw. This was the second Quebec PNP draw conducted by the department in July 2026.

The Latest Quebec draw held on July 30, 2026, saw 523 invitations being issued to candidates under the Qualified Worker Selection Program (QWSP). The date and time of extraction from the Arrima bank was July 27, 2026, at 4:39 p.m.

The decision to attract applicants to apply for PR is determined by the invitation criteria set by Quebec’s Minister of Immigration, Francization, and Integration (MIFI). You have 60 days to pay the processing fees and submit your application. Your profile will be deemed invalid if you fail to meet this deadline.

What to Do After Receiving an Invitation

Applicants  invited under the latest Quebec Skilled Worker Selection Program draw must fulfill  some essential steps to continue their PR application.

After getting an invitation through the Arrima portal, candidates have 60 days to submit a detailed application under the (QWSP).

Meeting the submission date is crucial since the invitation will be void if the application is not submitted or the necessary fees are not paid within given days.

During this period, applicants must submit all crucial supporting documents, ensure that information is accurate and up to date, and pay the applicable processing fees.

Once the application is successfully submitted, Quebec's Ministry of Immigration, Francization and Integration (MIFI) will assess the candidate's eligibility.

Applicants who receive a Quebec Selection Certificate (CSQ) can then proceed to apply for Canada permanent residence with the federal government, where medical, security, and background checks will be completed before a final decision is made.
