Alberta PNP conducts multiple draws issuing 2818 ITAs for PR

Alberta Advantage Immigration Program (AAIP) are formally known as the Alberta Provincial Nominee Program (PNP). In September 2025, they will have released a total of 10 rounds of invitations for the different streams.

The latest Alberta PNP draw was released on September 17, 2025, for the Alberta Express Entry Stream (Law Enforcement Pathway). Through this process, they invite less than 10 candidates with a minimum CRS score of 56.

However, the Alberta draw was released in accordance with labour market needs and to support the province's economic growth.

In September 2025, the Alberta Advantage Immigration Program (AAIP) invited 2818 skilled candidates with a range of minimum CRS scores between 44 and 64.

Eligibility Criteria for Alberta PNP

To qualify for the Alberta Advantage Immigration Program (AAIP), candidates have to follow the three most important types of requirements:

1. General Requirements:

In these requirements, candidates must have the following valid documentation:

• Applicants have a valid work permit.
• Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in the relevant field.
• Must have the skills and education related to the job.
• Applicants possess the required language proficiency for their occupation.

2. Alberta Express Entry Stream Requirements:

Special Program Requirements are given below:

• An applicant must have a profile in the Express Entry pool.
• If you have a family connection in Alberta, you are required to complete the application.
• Must meet the minimum CRS score requirement.
• Candidate experience must be involved in the high-demand occupation list of Alberta.

3. Alberta Opportunity Stream Requirements:

In the Alberta Opportunity Stream, you have to follow some requirements:

• Must have the job in Alberta in a recognized industry or occupation.
• Candidate must maintain a valid work permit.
• Must have the skills and education as per the province's job eligibility criteria.
